8-Week Leg Flexibility Challenge

This 8-week Leg Flexibility Challenge is designed to help you work systematically on different muscle groups lesson by lesson, allowing you to progress efficiently and safely on your flexibility journey.

The program focuses on improving flexibility in the hamstrings, hip flexors, and surrounding muscles while also developing active flexibility and strength. By learning how to correctly engage your muscles during stretching, you reduce the risk of injury and build long-term, sustainable progress toward your splits.

To achieve the best results, it is important to follow the lessons in the recommended order, as each session builds progressively on the previous one. Consistency is key when working on flexibility, which is why access to the challenge is limited to 8 weeks from when your access is activated (after your payment is confirmed (Stripe)). This structure helps you stay committed and maintain a regular training routine — the only way real progress happens. Please note: access cannot be extended after those 8 weeks.

The program includes 12 guided lessons, each lasting approximately 60–75 minutes. For optimal results, it is recommended to train three times per week. After completing all lessons, you can repeat the program as many times as you like within your remaining access period.

As a bonus, you will also receive a flow choreography class, where we will dance to "Won't" by Tanerélle, allowing you to combine flexibility, movement, and expression.

The challenge is available worldwide. All guided lesson videos are in English.
